Warranty

Entire order is reviewed in detail before is delivered to the shipping company. So you can ensure that the order is in perfect condition until it comes out of the LRA units.

All our items have the warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper use or handling of the products are not included in the warranty.

Shipments

Packages usually sent within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the payment, unless the client to make a request for a customized product (which requires a specific process of adaptation, based on the level of customization).

The estimated average reception time is 48horas when the delivery is on the Peninsula, and between 3-15 days for the rest of the world. However, in accordance with the law Spanish, the maximum delivery time is 30 days.

Where we ship the orders

If the order arrives in your country and any of the following situations occurs:

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return it. The product must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all the included documentation.
